Junk Removal Team Member – Remote starts available - $24–$28/hr

Do you enjoy working with people, staying active, and seeing the results of your work each day? Join our Baltimore team as a Junk Removal Team Member and help customers reclaim their homes, businesses, and spaces.

In this role, you’ll work alongside a team to safely remove unwanted items, provide friendly customer service, and keep each job moving efficiently. No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll spend your time on the road and at customer locations rather than behind a desk.

What you’ll do:

• Load and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Use safe lifting and loading practices
• Keep the truck, equipment, and work areas organized
• Represent the company positively at every job
• Work from designated remote start locations as scheduled

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable, positive, and customer-focused individuals
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying physically active
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items throughout the workday
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license is an asset; CDL experience is not required
• Previous moving, delivery, general labor, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
