What You’ll Do
- Partner with a teammate in a branded truck
- Travel to homes, apartments, and businesses throughout Baltimore
- Use safe lifting and loading practices to remove items weighing up to 75 lbs
- Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
- Keep approved items collected from jobs
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Communicate with dispatch to stay on schedule
- Start shifts from convenient remote locations when available
- Average total earnings of $24–$28 per hour
- Paid, hands-on training
- Uniform provided

- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license held for at least three years
