Your Role:

  • Kick off each shift at our Clinton location, where you’ll team up with fellow drivers and tackle your service routes for the day. Provide quotes and Remove 50 plus lbs of unwanted items

  • Drive our iconic blue trucks to visit customers, providing top-notch junk removal services that leave them smiling.

  • Use your customer service skills  to enhance the customer experience and help us achieve our daily goals.

  • Responsibly dispose of items through our recycling, donation, and waste management channels.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Age: Must be 21+ (for insurance purposes) or close to turning 21.

  • License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years) or close to.

  • Attitude: Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Metrics: Comfortable with metrics and goals 

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.
