You’ll help homeowners and businesses clear out unwanted items while delivering friendly, dependable service from start to finish.

Your Day-to-Day

• Work alongside a teammate in a branded 1-800-GOT-JUNK? truck
• Travel to residential and commercial locations throughout Baltimore
• Safely lift, carry, and load items weighing up to 75 pounds
• Sort collected materials for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Keep approved items collected from customer jobs
• Provide courteous, professional service at every appointment
• Coordinate with dispatch to stay on schedule
• Begin shifts from an approved remote location when available

Compensation and Benefits

• Average total earnings of $24–$28 per hour, including base pay, profit share, and tips

What We’re Looking For

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of three years
• Reliable, upbeat, and motivated
• Comfortable speaking with customers
• Enjoys working as part of a two-person team
• Able to perform physical work and lift up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
